I review one of Dogfish Head's most famous beers, Pangaea, with Marcus Guiliano (http://youtube.com/chefhbeer ). Pangaea is made with one ingredient from every continent on Earth (yes, including Antarctica!)
I met Marcus through Kevin Burns of http://thefoaminghead.com (they started the website together and he's Kevin's boss). Marcus is the owner of Aroma Thyme Bistro - an upscale restaurant in Ellenville, New York which has a HUGE selection of craft beers and wine. They use the highest quality ingredients in everything they make with almost everything being produced either local, green-certified, organic or any combination thereof!
