App: generic Euro lager: bright white gold, bubbly. Managed to get a thick head and some lacing on the glass
Smell: smells like rubber gloves or balloons combined with a Heineken funk (and this is from a can, not a green bottle)
beginning and middle are bland and neutral. Generic "beer" flavor with
some toasted corn. Finish is bad, though. It’s a tang that hits you
all at once of rubber, metal and grain. Without this finish it’d be
much more drinkable. This is rather foul.
Mouthfeel: thin, wet, tepid. Not bad.
Drinkability: sluggable, but the finish and aftertaste are off-putting.
It this were only average it’d be much better. That rubber smell and
taste are tough to handle. I remember drinking this on tap in Iceland
and it was decent (of course, that was 4 years ago). Thanks to my
friend who sent me to me all the way from The Faroe Islands, it’s just
too bad it sucks.
