Aroma: Plenty of flowers and some citrus but not very potent
Taste: clean, hop bitterness from start to finish. Tastes like flowers but isn’t very robust. A nice orange juice-like flavor in the finish, but palate is simple and fairly mild. Bitter to be sure, maybe overly dry.
Mouthfeel: tad thin for an IPA; dry; hops linger for a moment and fade away
Drinkability: Easy to chug, although bitterness and dryness are hard to circumvent. Overall: it’s a by-the-numbers IPA. Doesn’t break any new ground. Not that it’s bad, though. It satisfies. I’d prefer something with more character. This is playing it a little too safe.
