Drank a 12oz bottle sent to me from a friend in Canada.

Appearance: hazy orange body with thick, frothy, bright white head.

Aroma: Surprisingly floral + citrus (but still mild overall).

Taste: It’s a strange, but kinda cool, hybrid of ESB and APA. Flowery hops up front with a bitter coffee-like taste on the back and an almost dark chocolate aftertaste. Flavor is unique, but a little mild.

Mouthfeel: not too thin, not really thin.

Drinkability: Bitterness starts to wear after a while, but otherwise an easily sessionable brew.

Overall: Tasty and unique. Not really my style but I liked it for what it was. A solid performer.

Grade: 7/10
