Mark "BikeBeerBBQ" Sinderson of http://youtube.com/VideoBeerReviews is one of the biggest names in the YouTube beer review community and in the beer blogosphere. He recently made YouTube partner and wrote a soon-to-be-published book about incorporating craft beer consumption into a healthy lifestyle called "Beyond The 12oz Curl". Mark was kind enough to grant me an interview and I think we managed to cover just about everything between the two parts!
In Part 2 of this interview, Mark talks about: what styles he likes and dislikes; whether he thinks beer quality is objective or subjective; how he spreads the gospel of craft beer; why he reviews a macro beer occasionally; what the goal of his channel is; and what he's learned in two years on youtube.
In part 1 of the interview, Mark talks about: his history with beer and craft beer; how and why he got into the beer blogging and vlogging scenes; his approach to video beer reviewing; his travels; his criteria for what makes good beer good; how he rates beer by subcategory; and what it takes for a beer to earn his highest rating.
