Jeremy Hosier of Steadfast Beer Company | Interview With A Craft Beer Professional (part 1 of 2)

I've been talking about Albany's gluten-free beer "Steadfast Sorghum Pale Ale" for a while now. I reviewed it as one of the last beers on "Chad'z Beer Reviews" and I said I'd try to get Jeremy Hosier- the co-owner and brewmaster - to come over for an interview. Our schedules finally managed to synch up for once so we shot this interview in my backyard on a Saturday afternoon.

Be sure to check out Steadfast Beer Company on the web here:

Here's the questions I asked Jeremy:
1:03 How did you get started in gluten-free brewing?
2:11 How do you homebrew a gluten-free beer?
2:57 How many times did you homebrew the Steadfast recipe before you thought it was commercially viable?
4:30 How did you go from a homebrewing to commercial brewing?
5:44 Do you brew it yourselves at the contract brewery?
6:16 What's your title?
6:40 How many batches have been made and how big are the batches?
7:11 What's your distribution range like, locally?
8:32 Can you sell your beer online?
