AROMA: Fruity aroma of orange citrus, some strawberry and melon rind. General, clean, bright floral scent as well. 10/12

APPEARANCE: Gorgeous crimson red hue; very clear. Large eggshell froth; good retention and lacing. 3/3

FLAVOR: Strong hop flavor and bitterness to match. Interesting mix of citrus, berries and flowers. Malt strong enough to offer balance and minor sweetness. Slightly fruity aftertaste. 17/20

MOUTHFEEL: Medium/full body. More crisp than creamy, though the texture is smooth. Dry bitterness, but not arid and astringent. 4/5

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Didn’t invent the style, but definitely one of the best examples of it. Excels in every facet. 8/10

TOTAL SCORE: 42/50
