Fairly sweet imperial stout base. Plenty of dark malt; slightly roasty;
more like dark chocolate. Minor dark roast coffee in the background.
Little hop character. Strong warming sensation in the throat from the
serranos. Lingering earthy flavor. Well balanced overall, though not
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-full body; smooth texure;
medium-low CO2. No alcohol presence (heat from peppers probably
overrides alcohol). 4/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: A fine imperial stout
with strong pepper presence. Probably better paired with food rather
than drank by itself. 7/10
