APPEARANCE: Golden yellow; high clarity. Slow steady CO2. Small, white foam with good lacing. 2/3
Moderate sourness immediately, followed by green apple; white grape.
Slight pineapple on the finish. Fairly strong tartness at the end. Dry,
champagne-like finish. Sourness increased with each swig which improves
the palette. /20
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-light body with fairly low
CO2, though crisp from the tartness. Very smooth; no alcohol presence.
Refreshing with a clean aftertaste 5/5

delicious sour/tart ale with a simple palette that shows how well a sour
can be without bells and whistles. 10/10
