APPEARANCE: Dark maize/pale orange hue (6-8 SRM). Extremely cloudy body. Small, white foam. 2/3
Tropical fruit taste up front followed by moderate bitterness (more dry
than dank). Finishes with fairly strong herbal/spicy/peppery sensation
and bitterness. Oat imparts subtle sweetness, slight variation on the
usual base malt character but not especially memorable or innovative.
Slight lemon drop flavor (oxidation?) 15/20
body; medium-low carbonation. Smooth texture. Feels much lighter than
6.7% ABV. No alcohol presence at all. Hops linger, but are not
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Satisfying, to-spec IPA that’s a little different than most. 7/10
