Judged to 2015 BJCP Style Guidelines for: 1B American Lager

AROMA: Low grainy malt with distinct corn character. No hops (none needed). Clean lager fermentation. 9/12

APPEARANCE: Straw gold (1-2 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Large white foam retains and laces well for the style. 3/3

FLAVOR: A light amount of pale two-row character at first, but moderate corn flavor throughout the rest of the palette. Corn is more of a raw taste than sweet flaked maize or cereal-like. Only the faintest trace of spicy/earthy hops on the finish and a subtle dry bitter sensation. Minor alcohol presence due to the flash freeze distillation (fairly neutral taste, though). Well attenuated. Clean lager fermentation. 14/20

MOUTHFEEL: Medium-light body; high carbonation. Smooth and crisp; somewhat refreshing. Adjuncts linger in the aftertaste. Slight alcohol warmth for only 5.5% ABV. 4/5

OVERALL IMPRESSION: This beer invented the "ice" macro lager sub-style and still represents it well. You could do a lot worse for a cheap beer. 7/10
